Realize that should an LLC borrow funds, the individual shareholders have ZERO liability regarding that credit. It is company credit and the liability is strictly limited by law. Moreover, should the LLC borrow on a line of credit and successfully pay it off with profits then the LLC can use that line of credit to invest in another equally attractive business, investment, or managed trading account.

As the LLC cash flow assets increase so will the income of each individual shareholder. The initial target for each LLC will be to generate one million dollars of passive income annually through various passive vehicles.

This would be when the company is well established and may take 1-5 years to get there. But, it is worth the wait.

With 40 shares maximum on any LLC and one million in yearly net gains each share would be worth $25,000 per year in cash flow.

All funds are 'risk capital' raised by the LLC's directors on behalf of the company and invested according to the direction of the shareholders in 100% compliance with all rules, regulations, and laws governing such businesses.

No LLC will pay taxes as it distributes all its profits to the shareholders leaving profit at zero for the LLC. Each shareholder will deal with their own tax issues according to the laws in the jurisdiction that they, their company, trust, or foundation is subject to.
