A long-time friend and business associate of mine, Steven James of The Betterways Group has brought a very interesting and promising investment opportunity to my attention that I felt had significant value and merit to share with my List/Members.

Betterways has developed a special and direct affiliation with a large real estate broker who is able to purchase foreclosed single-family homes directly from the banks for pennies-on-the-dollar. 

This Broker has negotiated the lowest rates possible to purchase these properties in bulk from the Banks for unbelievably low prices, and Betterways is on the front lines to buy them directly from the Broker.

It is impossible for an individual or smaller investment group to go into a Bank and negotiate these same rates.  This Broker has established a special contract with the Banks, but they have done so with the ability to come in with $10 Million or more and buy up hundreds or even thousands of these properties at once, allowing the Banks to clear the already written-off properties from their balance sheets.

To keep this short, Betterways is now able to buy up these homes that have a GUARANTEED appraised value from $45K to $150K or higher for only $19K per house!

The homes are also guaranteed to be LIVEABLE and SALEABLE, and will be replaced at no cost if they aren’t.  Betterways will own these homes outright with CLEAN, CLEAR, and MARKETABLE Titles.

There is an extremely well-structured and established “System” already in place to look after all of the Property Management processes such as advertising, putting occupants into the homes, collecting Mortgage payments and forwarding them to Betterways, then finally Selling the Notes after the “Seasoning” period is over to pre-arranged Institutional Note Buyers for a much higher price. 

But they have structured this to be “Seller Financing to OWN a home for LESS than rent” and NOT renting to Tenants!  This makes a critical and positive difference to the overall viability of the project.

So as you can see, the upside potential of positive cash flow and high returns on investment could be very big here.

IMPORTANT:  This unique once-in-a-lifetime investment to buy pennies-on-the-dollar Real Estate from the banks could go away at any time over the next few months, either by the market trends starting to change direction, or new Legislation taking effect to not allow banks to sell these foreclosed properties at bulk, fire-sale prices.
